My kids and I have been going to the surgery for a very long time and todays phone call was no exception to many I have had with the reception staff! They are rude, demeaning and have no people skills. The centre should definitely look at the staff they have dealing with sick and injured patients. Appalling to say the least!

No body likes going to the doctors but I was straight in and out with the pharmacy right next door.

I will not tolerate that!!! Respect the patient that phones the Doctor, I appreciate the Doctor but not the receptionist!!!! Get somebody that has MANNERS!!!

I couldn’t get an appointment for weeks. I need the appointment for my drivers licence. I need to go to another doctor surgery. They have to send a request for my records. Then she said it would take a few days. I asked why so long she said your not the only patient Janelle. I’ve tolerated for years but enough is enough! I

I'm an existing patient.because I haven't seen the doctor for awhile I need to fill out the forms again to see the doctor. Well I'm sorry I haven't been sick. so you just cancell my hot doc appointment just like that. Time to change medical centre's for my hole family to people who care.
